Mr. Daniel Siopao Ndara is currently the General Manager of Finance and Administration at the Government Institutions Pension Fund in Windhoek, where he plays a pivotal role in shaping the Fund’s strategic direction and contributes to the Corporate Strategic Scorecard, guiding the implementation of departmental strategies.

Ndara has a keen eye for financial control and improvement and provides valuable guidance on Accounting Processes and Systems. He also served in the Social Security Commission sector where he provided operational strategic development and implementation.

Aida Kimemia is an accomplished Investment and Finance professional with more than 25 years of experience spanning sustainable development, private equity, project finance, corporate lending, impact investing, portfolio management, and corporate governance across Africa. She has held senior leadership roles at the International Finance Corporation (“IFC”), where she has led investment activities across Sub-Saharan Africa, managed significant investment portfolios, and played a key role in expanding IFC’s regional presence and impact.

Aida currently serves as Chair of the Central Depository and Settlement Corporation (Kenya), Chair of Apollo Asset Management Company, and serves on several Boards and Investment Committees across Africa. She is widely recognised for her expertise in governance, investment strategy, financial inclusion, and sustainable development, with over eight years of experience as an Independent Director and Investment Committee member.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Economics from St. Lawrence University and a Master of Administrative Science (Finance) from Johns Hopkins University, USA.
