Greenfield Development (Transfer/Acquisition)

Units on Park is Eris’ flagship PBSA development, situated in Hatfield Pretoria, 600 m from the University of Pretoria. It opened in January 2020 and achieved 92% occupancy by February 2020 (78% of its residents are NSFAS-funded students).

The 14-floor development has a desirable location, surrounded by local shopping centres and transport routes, such as the Gautrain and the main bus and taxi routes. This makes the development accessible to students from other tertiary institutions.
